Sales Consultant D&G Roofing & Restoration – Dayton, OH

D&G Roofing & Restoration is hiring driven Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide solutions for roofing and exterior needs. This is a salary + commission role with paid training and six-figure earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Base salary plus commission

· $75,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential

Responsibilities:

· Conduct roof and exterior inspections

· Meet with homeowners and explain repair/replacement options

· Deliver excellent customer service from inspection to close

· Accurately document inspections, photos, and contracts

· Follow a proven sales process

Qualifications:

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Attention to detail and follow-through

· Self-motivated and professional

· Sales experience preferred, not required

· Ability to climb a ladder
